Try a system restore to a time when it was working. If that fails right click on my Computer>properties>device manager and open the tree under disk drives. If the devices are displayed with an explaination mark then go to Vaio Link update (under programs)and download the memorystick0 drives drivers and save them to a location like downloads. In the device manager right click on the disk drive MemoryStick0 and SD1 and update the drivers following the prompts either automatic or manual and guide the device to the downloaded driver
