Can sum one plase help me out. Ive got a VAIO PCV-RX406, Thers 3 PCI slots, 1AGP, and sum other one for the modem. 5 althogether right?! but ders only 4 openings on the back (of the tower). so how can i use 3 PCI cards, 1 AGP, and 1 modem together?!?!?!??!?

According to the manual there is 1 AGP slot (Occupied by the video card), 1 CNR slot (Occupied by the modem), and 2 Free PCI slots.

He is right. There are 3 free PCI slots, one modem slot and one AGP. If you take out the modem, you can use the third slot opening. I found this last night. I put in a better modem and a PCI soundcard, leaving one slot and one "gap" free. Not the best solution, but what can you do
