pcg-k415s keyboard change

Hello,

I have a new keyboard for my pcg-k415s, how to unmount (gently) the old?
The answer in the manual seems to not be for pcg-k415s (p170 english manual). I am trying since hours without success. Anyone with a good tutorial?
