NVIDIA graphic chips spreading alarm

i know there is already a lot of buzz around this, and for obvious reasons a lot of confusion. however the only sure thing is that the cards affected (cannot find the list at the moment, however ALL NVIDIA g84 g86 both a1 a2 possibly more) present a PHYSICAL defect, likely a connector (or similar) whose material does not support well higher temperatures and temperatures changes. if this is physical of NVIDIA cards, it is not really a solution vaio different component scheme. any take on this? sony reaction? thanks

Hi sonyvaiostefano and welcome.

The truth is no-one knows yet. Very few Vaios seem to be affected.
