Noise levels are subjective and too much noise to some may be OK to others.
I presume you are referring to fan noise? Unfortunately, modern laptops have become so powerful that they generate much more heat than in the past and fans have to run faster.
As we cannot measure the noise, all I can suggest is that you contact Vaio Support if the noise worries or bothers you.
