My PV has just stopped playing anything!

Ooops. I've had my pocket Vaio for a few weeks now, and it's been upgraded to new firmware since it came out. Now it won't play ANY of my music that was working earlier... The beeps when you press a button still work so I know it's not my headphones, etc... Volume is fine.

I've tried turning it off and on again - No luck.

When I get home I will try putting it into data xfer mode and back into normal, but for the moment things are not looking good: looks like the OS has died on me 😞

Anyone else have this problem?

grab a paper clip or cocktail stick, and with the unit switched on, stick it in the tiny hole on the base of the player.

Then switch off anf on again, should be fine...

Although you might lose so custom play selections, but the tracks will still be there.
