motion eye camera help

I still cant get mine to work and am getting the message that it may be being used elsewhere. Looking back through the forum it seems a new driver was being waited and I have tried so set the properties as admin but the square seems to be greyed out.

can anyone help me with this?

What Version of the VAIO Camera Capture Utility do you have installed?

Have you tried installing the Microsoft HOTFIX KB931812
