As far as I know the only ‘safe’ bios upgrade for your notebook will be provided by Vaio-Link , and none is available at present.

Beware of non-official BIOS updates

The only other place you can look is USA VAIO . They seem to get more updates and faster.

The difference is you have to Identify your equivelant model first from the specs.

BUT the choice is YOURS and ONLY YOURS.
