Help & Support

Having hit the Help and Support key that pops up on the Start menu, Help and Support does not appear. The egg timer pops up, but then there is no response as if the shortcut isnt finding the program. The same thing happens if I try and access Help and Support within Windows Explorer or My Computer.

Any ideas anyone??

It appears from what you say, that the Help and Support files have either become corrupt or deleted from your hard drive. This means a reinstall of the files.
