Hello,
i've just brought a new Vaio laptop. when i first started up the laptop it had a cool menu bar at the top of the screen with links to ebay, media files ect (which i now believe is called a Vaio launcher). however when i changed the desktop background to a different picture the menu bar disappeared. i've tried going through properties and looking on the control panel but i can't find the option to bring it back up???
please help - it made things alot easier.
