You don't say which OS you are using. The 'SNY5001' is called "SFEP Driver" in the downloads list and is only in the Windows 7 list here:-

Hello,

Thank you so much for previous tips.

That helped a lot in solving the issue. Now, I have encountered another problem. While formatting with Acronis Treu Image, my MBR on boot partition was removed so I am not able to access recovery partition.

Could you please make an MBR copy from original Windows from Sony for me? Just a small file made with Bootice or MBRBackup.

Also, would you know which application is responsible for the keyboard function button as I am not able to brighten or darken my screen?

I appreciate you help.
