Docking Station Problems

Hi

I'm not sure if this is in the right place, But I have bought a
VGP-PRFE1 Docking station for my Notebook (VGN-FE21B)

Everything seems to work fine except for the USB ports... The hardware is recognised no problem, But when trying to use any associated software, the notebook simply does nothing, yet when I connect directly - everything works fine.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please?

Have you tried reinstalling the associated software with your laptop connected to the docking station... I had a similar problem and this solved it for me...:smileyconfused:
