the other day i picked up my laptop and my cd drive came open and as i tried to close it back in, it has got stuck and now it will not go back into the laptop and is constantly sticking out. I cannot push it back in or pull it out, i do not really want to put any pressure onto it because it may cause damage. What do you suggest?
We have already used the advice of placing a pin like object in the resit button near the drive but nothing is happening?
