I have the Sony vaio SVE1712z1EB laptop it is just showing a black screen, when I switched on it came with a blue screen that said the computer had a problem, it went through checks and said it was making changes to the disc drive which could take up to 1 hour so I left it and now it shows a black screen there is just 1 light at the top of the keyboard (the one next to the vaio button, the light for wireless is on and the battery is flashing
