Automatically syncing folders

I have an FZ31S and I want to automatically backup certain files on my computer everytime I connect my external hard drive. How do I set this up? Do I need certain software or what?

Hi Dancole90,

have you tried the Vista Backup and Restore Center, this can be found in Control Panel.?

Alternatively something like SyncToy 2.0 may help, which can be downloaded using the following link: Sync Toy 2.0
