Hello Everyone
This is my first post and most disgusted at the recent Sony quality. Over the past Ten years I have invested in the Sony product and most recently my two most used items my laptop and KDL40 T.V. have failed. My laptop has about a dozen lines running from top to bottom. I do realise that I get a one year warranty in the U.K. but you would think that the product would be more reliable than that.
I am so disgusted with the brand of late, that I am interested to hear if I am just unlucky or that this is now the norm?
