After upgrading my VGN-NR32L to Win 7 my Volume and brightness keyboard shortcuts not working l dont know what to do. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, Sony do not support Windows 7 on your model.

Have you reinstalled the original Vista Utility programs which should make your Fn Keys work?  However, there is no guarantee because Sony has not released Windows 7 versions of these.

You need to install: -

Sony Shared Library

Setting Utility Series

SFEP

Vaio Event Service
