Widgets as advertised?

I have just installed my KDL40HX803

How do I access the facebook ebay weather yahoo widgets as advertised by Sony?

It is all rather confusing the menu doesn't seem to have the right button to press

No the Widgets are the Yahoo widgets...facebook ebay etc...

I can access all the lovefilm iplayer stuff fine

I just got my Bravia and only two widgets (Facebook and Twitter).  According to the Sony support website there should be over a dozen available for me to use.  Refreshing the network settings to not work.

Having browsed these support forums, it seems lots of people are having this issue.  No response from Sony?
