I've just got a 32CX523 tv and can't view photos in portrait format ( landscape are fine ) .Apparently I can't display jpegs in YCb Cr 4.4.4 format and need to convert to 4.4.2 or 4.4.0 format. How do I do this? I'm not a techie.
