Text and Sound problems with KDL-32EX403?

Hi

Had this model just over a month, but the Digital Text service (which has been ok til now) is not always working. On the occasions that is does work it takes an age to activate after selecting it with the remote. Has anyone else had this problem?

Also when changing channel to ITV1 the sound disappears when its been perfectly ok on the previous channel.  Does anyone have a solution or suggestions as to what maybe the cause of both these issues?

Install FW update from link under and after that do auto start up
