KDL32CX523 Top Up TV CI+ CAM stops HD channels working

Hi, As soon as I plug a CAM into the CI+ slot it stops the HD channels working. (The ESPN CAM works fine). Once unplugged the HD channels come back. I believe I have the latest firmware - PKG4.002EUA-0104.

Any ideas??
