KDL-40EX713 Turn off 'Beep' sound

I purchased a KDL-40EX713 recently and I am over the moon with its performance, except for one thing, which is driving me up the wall.

How do you switch off the 'Beep' sound, every time you press a button?

I have upgraded the firmware to the latest version, but there no 'Beep' option available in the sound menu.

your TV (KDL-52WL140) is not young, maybe it has a hardware problem, consider the possibility to contact the Service Assistance (if you think that is a good idea).

If you want to try:

How to reset the TV to factory setting

Turn on the TV. While holdind down "arrow up" on the remote control, press POWER on the TV. (The TV will turn itself off, then back on again). Release "arrow up".

Warning: The reset will clear all of your customized settings including the Parental Lock setting.

I don't have key tone option, sound system. I have no options
