Software update in Jan stopped any sound from my soundbar, although it recognises its connected

 

Have been in contact with So called "support"

I again today received

With reference to your enquiry regarding your Sony TV, kindly be informed that your case is still under investigation. And our engineers are working on it right now. We will update yourself within 5 working days. 

Same message as last week

After 7 months I would have hoped for progress, 

Anyone able to suggest who to contact next

Hey, have you got a response from Sony reps or not yet? And have you checked the same soundbar with different TV just to make sure it is a TV issue?

Received no weekly update so again rang support number

 

NO Progress no fix and no idea. Requested to talk to manager again, we will request them to call next week, 

 

So support fails again, they are not able to even give me weekly updates, and will not supply me with any other contact email, .for management or a director I hope someone reads this that can make progress
