How to remove unsupported content message when watching video from USB stick?

Hello,

I was watching some videos from a USB drive on my KDL-42W705B TV and the TV displayed a message saying Unsupported Content on the screen the whole time.

The video played fine, apart from this message being displayed. Is there any way to remove the message?

Hi Bluetoot,

I'm not sure you can. Your TV supports certain files so I think the videos would need to be converted to a format that is supported. You can check here to see which files are supported for USB playback.
