How to enlarge small picture

I have a kdl-40w4500 and somehow I have reduced the picture by using my sky remote. It is very small pic in top right hand of screen and cannot get it to enlarg

Have you accidentally enabled picture in picture mode possibly? If you press options on the remote and look for 'PIP'.

Failing that, just do a factory reset of the TV and the Sky box and it should then default to the original settings.
