Has any one else found a blurring of face features particularly in poor light, when heads move.
There is a lingering image of eyes, mouth, nose and highlighted areas of the face. I have turned off picture noise settings and increased the resolution to 80%, but there is still a bit of blurring. It occurs with direct arial feed, HDDR feed, interAnynet feed and Blue ray dvd.
It's a KDL-32W613 TV.
Any picture settings that cure this?
Hi Joe,
I've just checked and the TV tells me there is no newer software up date available.
So yes it does appear to happen on the latest software.
Make sure you have the latest version number though (v8.605) since the TV might not be able to see the latest one if it's too out of date for example.
That said, if it is up to date, try a power reset (disconnecting all cables and unplugging for a few minutes) if you haven't already, it's basic but it's saved me a lot of hassle and messing about.
Hope this helps!

HI Joe,
the soft ware is the v8.605, so I tried the power reset.
I then tried a DVD that had blurred, it seemed better no ghosts just a slight blurring on cheeks and fore heads as the characters moved.
Problem not totally gone but an improvement.
thanks Peter
Hi ElwoodPDowd , you can try factory data reset by pressing ( Home - Settings - Customer support - Factory settings - Factory data Reset ) in order to refresh the TV settings.
Thanks, I did a factory reset, still no better.
But I have now replaced the connecting cable DVD/HDDR to the TV and it seems to have solved the problem.
fingers crossed I can now enjoy the picture.
