Code for Sky remote

Hi All

Can see section in FAQs for programming Sony remote to work with set top boxes, but not programming Sky remote for TV operations, volume etc.

My brother has v kindly given us his old Sony Bravia KDL-323000, but I can’t for the life of me find the code. (Sky help page doesn’t recognise model and Sky forum useless?

Sorry, should have added, tried 0000, 0001, 1853 etc. Other thing that confused me is there seem to be two different procedures. One where you just do TV, Select/Red, code, then another with multiple use of TV button, finishing off with standby.

(Brother can’t recall code for this TV model, but definitely had Sky remote programmed to TV.

Hi SteveStacey, you can't use an external device's remote to control the TV, Sony doesn't guarantee it. But you can do the opposite if the TV supports Bravia sync and the external device supports CEC, could you post the right model of your TV so that I can check it for you?
