Brand new Led 50" Micro scratches in a few places all over screen? common problem?

Hi,

Today i got my new Sony 50" LED-TV KDL50W685ABAEP.

So right after i rigged it up on the foot stand and put it in its place.

I always go though the backside of the tv, screen, you name it since we are all pedantic i supose. And we expect to get NEW products at delivery.

So now to my question, how common is it to find small micro scratches a few all over the screen? Are there more people here with the same problem? And what can you expect back from Sony? Is this just the way it is and ppl go with it or something you should rly contact Sony regarding the problem.? Common problem overall i would wanna now.?

Well it just sucks, when you get your new tv you have be longing for and its scratched in a way 😞

Contact your retailer if you are concerned it's not a new product and has been sold as such..

If you're not happy with it's condition then take it back.

(Did you get it from a store or was it bought online?)
