Xperia U does not update to ICS

Hello my current Xperia U version is 2.3.7 (update 6.0.B.3.188). When I connect my device, from Windows devices i click update software and select model. Then this information is shown:

Latest available software: 6.1.1.B.1.10

Release date: 2012-09-28

But when i click Check For Updates, application tells me that my software is up to date.

Tried same thing with PC companion.

Official available updates can only be done through PCC and SUS. Other methods wont help. Unofficial updates can be done though.

ICS also says, that i have latest version and there is no function repair update.

It simply means that ICS may not be available in your area.Use SUS if you want to repair you phone

If you can wait then its fine.Otherwise flash the firmware

Is there any way, how can i find out if ICS is available in my area?

Then I would know if there is some kind of problem, or I just have to wait.

Also if I have to wait, how can i know, when it will be available?

The roll out will start globally, No idea when the update is available to specific region.

If available you need to check the SI list

You will find the update notification once you connect to PC Companion.
