Xperia sola restarts continously at xperia startup screen

i was taking some photos and i got a message that photos cud not be saved.So i restarted my phone ,but during restart when it comes to xperia screen it again restarts

This is a boot error, something happened in the phone's software.

To get the phone up and running again you will need to perform a software repair.

I had got it starting now but iam not able to install any apps. i get a h symbol on my network symbol and net is very slow
