xperia lt30at speaker trouble

I'm having some issues with the speakers. My phone is doing the alerts and ringtones, but any other sounds won't play. I tried to listen to music and nothing plays. I can't hear phone calls. I got the diagnostic app and it said the ear speaker and the microphone failed, but everything else passed.

This started after I listened to something with my headphones. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Force restart the device (power button+volume up until the phone vibrates). You might want to try to unplug the headphones while listening to music.

Didn't work. And it seems like it is related to the headphones, since the sounds seem to work when I plug them back in.

Thanks for the help. I had tried unplugging the headphones before, but that didn't work. After the forced restart, it still wasn't working, but it started to work after I plugged and unplugged the headphones again.
