Xperai Go Earphone problem

Hello Guys

I am facing one issue regarding Xperai go water resistant, recently I had observed that when my phone had become wet due to water spray such as rain, my mobile earphone (IN- Call Volume) volume go very down. (IN- Call) Volume is not restore back even phone had become completed dried.

Once I had made factory reset my volume become normal. but I think this not great solution.

I am using JB .400 update. I had notice in this problem in GB .184. So guys can you help me out or any one had notice this kind of problem when phone get wet.

Well, if the phone is still wet this might be the issue. Sound needs air to travel and if the speaker opening is wet the sound can't come out. Just let it dry and it should be fine.

I don't think the factory reset has anything to do with it at all - it's a physical issue, not a software one. Yes, I have encountered the same thing, but it's also easy to resolve - simply push a tissue or cloth into the slits for the speakers to dry them and twist the tissue's corners into sharp (but soft) points to dry both the microphones. Works every time. If you're expecting there to be a way to avoid all this and just use the phone without having to dry it first, then you're essentially asking for the impossible.
