This is not supported by Android, only the Samsung galaxy SI and SII support this. I hardly doubt that Google will add this feature, but maybe Sony Ericsson can add an add on or app for the users that want to use this.
the reason I hardly doubt that google will add it, is because google/android makes money from advertisement and if you don't have a data plan well you can do the math
