Smart Connect GPS Toggle

Hi, here. I need some help with Smart Connect GPS toggle on/off. It doesn't appear in the list. The funny thing is I bought SmartTags NT2, and the pre build action is GPS on/off, but its only appeared when I put a gps toggle widget on the screen, and still not in the list. This prebuild action doesn't work.

I've got an Xperia P with ICS, preinstalled LiveWare that updated to Smart Connect. I didnt find any solution  yet, thats why i wrote this. It's a must have funtionality for me!
