Problem with speaker in Xperia Sola

I've bought Sony Xperia Sola a week ago.. It's nice, I like it..

But the problem is found here with the speaker..

The problem is when I play music with volume above 50%, I hear a noise "krek krek krek" and it's continously heard..

What is that? Anyone has the same problem with me??

Does it happen in every song?

Have you tried another music application?

Maybe another set of headphones?

Yes,, all kind of song.. it will be more if the song is rock or another hard song..

hhhmmm, I think this is hardware problem... because it is not only happen with the music player but also when playing video to.. and it is normal and nice if I hear with headphones..

what should I do?

this is my first day with the xperia sola and its happen the same problem with the speaker, i use ttpod and music app from sony. if i use my headphones work perfectly.

Ok I''l try to bring back my sola to Sony Support Center... Hopefully can get a new sola without that annoying stuff.. :smileygrin:

my sola also reported the same prob.....i went to the service center and they replaced my speaker but the problem is still there... they are telling that its a software prob.....how can it be...the krekk krekk sound is heard only from the loudspeaker....not from the headphones....they are ignoring the issue.....i need help or i have to contact consumer forum....!!
