Hi guys
this problem has been baffling me for a while now and i still cant figure it out,and wonder if anyone else with the arc has the same problem
I recently took some pics with the arc of things i wanted to sell on ebay,when i go to gallery on the handset they are all there plain as day.
I connect usb for media transfer mode browse the files,using SE pc companion and going to file manager,clicking start it takes me to my memory card,click that to access files,go down to the DCIM folder then 100 android (this is where photos usually get sent to) this brings up all pics and videos taken on my phone upto about a week ago,anything taken in the last week does not appear there,yet on the handset they follow on and am sitting viewing them but they are nowhere to be found in the files folder when hooked up to pc companion.
I tried clicking share to upload straight to facebook so i could take them from there,and it says file uploaded check notification window etc.Yet when i go on facebook there is no sign of the image either.
pc companion states to reboot the phone as sometimes it doesnt pick up the handset when i connect it,which i did but it makes no difference.Is there some secret folder that some photos get sent to.
I clicked details on each image and the ones i took recently and the last ones that shown up in my phone are all in the same album so i cannot figure out why some are picked up when in transfer mode and others arent.
Any advice guys????
Failing that i may take the memory card out and try it in the pc without the phone connected,but last time i took te battery out my phone reverted back to a date of 1980 and played bollywood music at me lol
