How do I restore a backup from X10 onto Go!?

I have just upgraded my old Xperia X10i for the new Xperia Go. I did a backup of everything on my X10 so its saved on the SIM. But there is no "Backup & Restore" on the Go, as far as I can see. Help please!!!

The Backup & Restore app isn't possible to use on the Xperia go I'm afraid.

You might be able to use an app such like My Backup, you can find it on the link below, but otherwise I'm afraid it might be hard transferring all your data that way on to your new phone.

Thanks Petter. Yes I used My Backup over the weekend although had to purchase the Pro version as the freebie won't work between 2 different devices! Pro did the job well though
