cant send or recieve mms messages

hi i have recently got a sony xperia t , on orange contract, i cant send or recive picture messages, i tried resetting the phone to factory settings with no avail, when someone sends me a pic i get a link on my message with a password saying i can get picture there , when i go to send a picture it says sending then says queued for sending. any ideas what i could try ? thankyou

In Settings>Xperia tap on Internet settings and the phone should then download the settings you need from your provider.

If the phone won't do this then I would ring them up and get them to run through a manual set up of them.

This should then allow you to recieve MMS messages.

just wish i never bought one of these phones, no matter what i have tried to repair this phone via sony website, youtube, internet, all reply saying throw it in the bin and buy any other make/model
