Hi there,

I have a major problem with my Sony Xperia SP. I've only had it on contact for a couple months through 02, and it has never had brilliant battery life. The battery has now died completely and will not hold a charge. O2 won't fix it because it's apparently had water damage, I've got the water damage fixed through a private repair shop but he says the battery needs replacing and he can't get hold of one through his suppliers. Can you provide a replacement battery?

Yes, you can take your phone to a Sony repair center to get it replaced

I know that the only problem I have is that the battery doesn't hold charge. It only needs swapping out. I spoke with someone today, I'm happy to send it away to Sony to be repaired and to pay the damage but I need to know if it's possible, otherwise I'm going to have to cancel my contact? Many thanks for any help!
