I bought a Sony Xperia,about Eight Months back from Poorvika,Kammanahalli,Bangalore. About one month back,when doing meditation in the park,I just kept the phone in Back pocket and doing meditation,once I got up, i was shocked to see that the display was cracked,I saw there was nothing in my back pocket which can be the reason for the display to get cracked,neither the pocket was tight. I contacted the Indiranagar and Jayamahal Service center, both said it will cost Eleven TYhousand and will take one month. I really cursed myself that day for buying a sony product. I have only one phone and cand keep it with the company for one month, so after hearing from a friend ,went to SP road,Bangalore,and got the Display changed,which was not original,but after two days I can see that the brightness has dropped to 50%. Iam really unhappy, and have no choice to just keep the phone in my cupboard and forget it. I am planning to buy a new phone,of course not from Sony at any cost,and throughout my life will tell others not to buy any Sony mobile,as they dont bother to protect their own customers,who pays them their hard earned money to buy their products,which has guarantee only on paper not in practical,even if customer is ready to pay the charge,they still dont provide support.
