Whenever I try to access my contact details or try to dial in receive this message "Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped"

Welcome to the community 

Sorry to hear about this, must be frustrating. Can you try the below?

Go to Settings > Apps > Contacts > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Data

Once you have done the above, restart the phone and see if you can now access your contacts.

This step already follow. But my problem not solution. So Plz help me and it mobile is very bad mobile. This mobile is starting problem. I am goes more time Sony services center but my problem not solved.

Have you also tried testing the phone in safe mode? If not, can you try this and see if you are still experiencing issues?
