I upgraded to MARSHMALLOW recently, now my phone restarts multiple times without ACTUALLY getting started. It keeps on restarting.
Please help me. Its URGENT.
My mobile was purchased in UK and now its being used in INDIA.
I PERFORMED SOFTWARE REPAIR TOO USING COMPANION

Hi @Aayush_Agarwal, I'm really sorry to hear about that.

How far do you get in the boot process before it reboots? Do you only get as far as the SONY-logo? Can you try removing the SIM and SD cards, and then booting it again to see if that helps? Let me know how it went!

Yes, i get it as far as the logo for around 6-7 times and then it gets started. I tried removing SIM and SD cards both, and tried using it for half a DAY. even now iam facing the same problem.

So after removing the SIM and SD cards it worked for half a day, and then the behaviour returned? I know you have already tried it, but could you perform another software repair using Xperia Companion?

Hi, i have Xperia M4 dual which i have recently upgraded to android 6. after update it worked fine for one week and now from past 5 days it keeps on restarting again and again. i tried software repair from xperia companion and factory reset option available in phone but these options are not working. and my phone is not in warrenty.

Please help me.

Have you tried to see if the same thing occurs without a SIM and SD card inserted? Please try that and let me know how it went!
