i bought a sony xperia M4 aqua model on 16/01/2016. on 14/07/2016 i submitted the set for restarting frequently as advised by the customer care offical thro chat. till then the problem starts still now the set is with the service center. almost 1 year gone....each every time on chat they promise with 2 days we will contact you on phone & solve. for ref attaching the last chat "

saravanan m. i bought the mobile on 16/01/2016, from 14/07/2016 this pb starts. here in tirupur i approached the service center, KG Electronics, on 14/07/2016 i received the mobile back but in few minutes the same pb continues. i just surrender it.
and came to know that there is pb in board. and they replaced and thIMEI no was also changed. but after few weeks the same pb continues. during JAN/2017 i again faced the same problem and surrender it to the same service center.for few weeks it goes. again 02/03/2017 i surrender it for the same problem and received on 07/03/2017. again the same pb i submit the mobile on 25-03-2017 vide job no.W117032500464 and got back on 20/04/2017. but now, there is no sound..
i kindly request you to provide me the address of your sony head office in india. i just send the mobile back....

saravanan mthe mobile is in service center more time than with me. both speaker & microphone. pls kindly provide the head office address. i just send the mobile back. and my amount may a gift to sony...
