The internal memory of my phone gets drastically full and this causes the phone to go unstable. To transfer and store the internal memory of the phone I have put a 60 GB micro chip. Unfortunately The internal memory cannot be transferred to the external chip. The phone choses when to transfer and only at the phone's will and mercy it gets transferred. This has caused my phone to go unstable and stop working !!
Since a few days the phone is not starting because of "Internal Memory Full" issue and is rendered useless.
I suggest people from stop buying SONY Xperia M4 Aqua Dual phones as they are very unstable and unreliable. God knows if there is a solution to get my phone started again as all my data is blocked in the phone now. Someone suggest some solution please. I have restarted it over 100 times and its screen just shows the prestartup swaying animation for hours till the battery runs down.
Quite aggrieved !! Please help.
