Headphones not recognised

When plud in headphone not connect to music play external speaker..whenever switch off then switch on mobile work on headphone..but voice cal not working..what solution..??

I'm sorry to hear this.

Have you tried with more then one pair of headphones, do you experience the same behavior? I'd also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
