My phone was on charge for about 1 hour, came back to unplug and I notice the screen was black. Tried turning on/off, you can feel that it turned on from vibration and sound, but screen remained black. I tried calling my phone and it rings (so it must be working but just blanked out). Tried holding the reset button in the SIM card slot and I have no idea if it turned on or not, but after after charging it for 2 hours it still doesn't light up. Tried resetting using by pressing power button and up volume together, the 3 vibrations occured but screen still does not turn on. I've tried to reset it using PC but it says my phone is locked (I have pattern screen lock) and of course I cannot unlock it because the screen is black. Please help. Only bought the phone and used 1 month ago.
Hi @QT88, I'm very sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried performing the software repair using Xperia Companion while your device is powered off? If not then I recommend that you do this.
If this should not help you should contact your Local support for more information on how to get your device examined by an authorised service center.
