Hello fellow Xperians...I'm from Hyderabad.I have received the JB 4.3 update on 7th May..I tried to download it through mobile network..It went smoothly upto 65% and then the downloading disappeared..It was back to notification(New system update available)...So I decided not to waste any more mobile data and update it through wifi..Today morning,the notification is gone..Did anyone face this issue??

Don't know when it started but I received the 4.3 update via PC Companion today..The update went smoothly..Still nothing through phone...No bugs so far..Hope everyone gets the update too..

I am having the same problem. Update of andriod 4.3 automatically disappeared today morning. Don't know what is going on.

Please provide solution for same.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Strange, have you tried to open the update center application to search for new software update?

If that says you already have the latest software, try to update using a PC:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

Yeah,I tried after doing a factory reset.Got update for update centre,but no JB update..Pc companion says My phone has the latest software update..I tried Sony Update Service too..But no result..I heard that the update for Xperia M is only available through OTA..Is that true?

yes chaithuu thats correct, just got the update myself yesterday, its an ota update, goto update center refresh the app it will give an update for the app first then download and install the update of the app and then goto update center again it will give u an update for jb 4.3 and then follow the same thing and install the update.. my update was smooth, the update is arnd 367mb only for ota.. cheers.. let us know more on it
