STR-DN1080 INTERNET CONNECTION ISSUE

HI,. So my reciever stopped it's connection to the internet. So I went to go through the usual set up etc but it won't let me get past the 'select the connection method' page. It won't let me select wired or wireless? (see pic). 

I've been through all troubleshooting and also reset the device by holding down the power button and it's not helped...have you any ideas how to get passed this to connect? I've tried connecting the LAN wire and disconnecting it. Nothing helps....
