Hi I have the xf9000 soundbar it allows me to set a Distance setting on soundbar to sofa I have my set to 8 feet which is the distance but I also have a wall behind the sofa would it be better if I set the distance shorter to supposably allow the surround effect be more where the sofa is an example setting 6 or 7 feet instead of 8 also the sound bar is on the wall at head height is this setting to high or should it be lower.
