BDV-E3100 faulty HDMI

Hello, 

I have a BDV-E3100 system. Was working properly but then no image. Seems the HDMI output is faulty.
When I turn the device on I do see Boot-up screen:

After that it would normally show the HOME menu, or something else.

It's now showing nothing. The signal is there, because the TV detects it, but no image.

Also if it were a hardware issue, the "Welcome screen above" will likely also not show...

Tried 4 different HDMI cables, 3 different displays. Same issue.
Was thinking a factory reset or a BIOS update, but I can't do that since I get no image
I have also tried the tried the steps on page 56 of the Manual, but no luck

Does anyone have an idea of what it could be and if there's anything I can do to try & fix it?

Hi, check the steps on page 57 https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4446/a7795ccb4ca06c8cb09e18ec54ae4da3/44467341M..., if it didn't work you should send it for repair.
